Use of this site facility is void and prohibited by unauthorized persons. By using this site, you represent and warrant that (a) you are a dealer with a valid and subsisting dealership with CEAT (b) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (c) you will update such information as needed; (d) you shall not part with such information with any other user or third party (e) to the best of your knowledge, your use of this Site facility does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Basic Terms: By accessing and using this Web Site you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained and/or referenced herein or any additional terms and conditions set forth on this Web Site and all such terms shall be deemed to be accepted by you. If you do not agree to all/any Terms of Use, you should NOT use this Web Site. You agree and undertaker that any information posted by you may be intercepted. CEAT does not warrant that the site or the servers, which make this site available, or communications sent by CEAT, are free from viruses or any other harmful elements. By accessing and using this Site, you agree to abide by the all terms and conditions governing your dealership and the partnership policy and the Club membership policies, if applicable. You are also aware and understand that various discount and Schemes including special discounts/ schemes, such as the Commercial Policy Discounts, which are applicable at a particular time period for specific categories depending on volume of sales, dealership criteria in terms of membership and/ or based on location of cities/ regional facilities, conveniences, as accommodated by third parties under some exclusive agreement or arrangements with CEAT, as may be applicable in respect of a scheme. You agree and understand that these are not individual dealer specific nor discriminatory and benefits/ discounts under the policies/ schemes/ special schemes as may be applicable to your dealership, are extended by CEAT and you have no claims and/ or complaints, whatsoever, in this regard. While navigating online catalogue and placing orders, you agree and undertake to abide by all the terms and conditions that are prescribed or applicable to your dealership. You also understand that the general benefits or schemes as available on the website are not applicable in all circumstances, particularly when basis conditions of dealership are violated or there is a delay and / or default committed by the Dealer, during which all such schemes, benefits, privileges stand automatically withdrawn completely, immediate with effect from the date of violation, delay and/ or default. You also agree and understand that CEAT reserves its right and sole discretion in modifying, restricting, withdrawing any the discounts, schemes and benefits, as may be applicable to your dealership or any group of dealers or as such to all dealers, under the site and you shall without any objections and / or demur accept such modifications, restrictions, withdrawal by CEAT of any such discounts, schemes, benefits, privileges that may be applicable to your dealership, as these are special benefits and applicable from time to time, depending on status of dealership, accounts and special circumstances, if any, which may vary from case to case basis. You also agree and undertake that the Sales Register/ Claim Register/ Invoices Due/ Account Statement/ CN/ DN Listing and any other statements/ ledgers/ extracts, pertaining to the dealership, as may be accessed and generated be generated by you by accessing this facility, may not be updated, accurate and free of errors and/ or may not contain some credits and debits that may be associated with your dealership. You are aware and understand that the register/ statements/ ledgers/ credit/ debit notes that may be generated by your accessing the website would only be a provisional one and cannot be relied upon. You agree that you shall not rely on the statements exclusively without a written confirmation and/ or acknowledgement from CEAT verifying that the register/ statement/ ledgers/ credit/ debit notes, as the case may be, is correct and updated as per the actual records with CEAT. You are obliged to reconcile and obtain the updated final statement/ ledgers/ credit/ debit notes from CEAT, if you wish to rely on the same for any purposes, whatsoever. In this regard, the signed and stamped statement/ ledger etc., issued by CEAT with regard to your account, shall be final and binding. The Web Site may contain references to specific CEAT products and services that may not be (readily) available in a particular locality/ region. Any such reference does not imply or warrant that any such products or services shall be available at any time in any particular locality/ region. Please contact your local CEAT business contact for further information. You agree and understand if any orders are placed online for the goods (tyre/tubes/flaps) would be supplied subject to availability and at sole discretion of CEAT.

Tenure: This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect during your valid dealership with CEAT. You may however, terminate your user to this facility at any time by informing CEAT. CEAT reserves its right without intimation to terminate your access to this Site for breach of any/all terms and condition of this site or any CEAT policy. Even after the user is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect.

Password: When you sign up, you will also be asked to choose a password, which may be provided to you by CEAT at its sole discretion. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another user/ dealer at any time or to share your password with any other persons. You agree to notify CEAT immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are responsible for any and all use of your account.

Copyright: All content on this site, including without limitation all programs, compiled binaries, interface layout, interface text, documentation and graphics, is the property of this Site and where copyrighted is also protected by copyright law. As a user of this Site, you are granted a limited license to use the information for your own personal non-commercial use only, but the same may not be taken out of context or presented in a misleading or discriminatory manner. Any other use of the information is prohibited. You may write to this Site requesting permission to retrieve material from the portion of site you are interested in.
